Business Development Professional
My CRO proposal management experience spans over a decade of government and industry experience. After serving as a proposal lead for over a decade, I now serve as a Business Development Director at a Health Research company. Prior to this current role, I was the Director of Contracts and Grants Administration Department for a mid-sized CRO. I work closely with executive leadership, project management, scientists, finance, and contract management teams. When you work with me, you can expect quality and efficiency.

I bring to the table strong interpersonal skills, scientific training in neuroscience, natural business acumen, and years of senior management experience in proposal development. Drawing on this scientific research experience and my passion for procedures, I am here to help set your project team up to identify and present the best value proposition of their research study to your clients. With years of experience in creating, merging, and managing proposal and contract teams, I provide a comprehensive approach to study management from concept to close out. I am passionate about developing efficient procedures, creating strong teams, and scientific research that helps society.

In addition to my proposal management work, I am involved in higher education, mentorship, clinical research, community building, and philanthropy. I served on the Board of Trustees for Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts and on the Advisory Board for the Latino Professional Network.
